Client functionality

A single operating surface for authorization, target selection, request delivery, and proof.

  1. Authorize

Set up your account, complete your Privacy Passport, add the limited details a company needs to find your record, and sign authorization where it’s required, once.

It’s deliberately minimal: enough to prepare a valid request, without handing over sensitive data you don’t need to share.

  2. Select

Pick the companies and data brokers you want addressed from the supported coverage: the places that collect your data, and the brokers that spread it.

Then choose what to ask for on each: opt out, delete, or both where the route supports it.

  3. Submit

Privca builds each authorized request and sends it. Some go out right away; others need review, extra information, or a target-specific step first.

The point is a cleaner request for you to send, and an easier one for the company to act on.

  4. Track

Once requests move, you see where each one stands instead of privacy work vanishing into inboxes and portals: queued, sent, done, or closed, with one plain line saying why.

Every request keeps a documented timeline, so you always know what was attempted, what came back, and what needs your attention.

What to expect

Privca prepares, sends, monitors, and documents supported requests, but it can’t control every company, portal, or timeline.

A target might reply fast, ask for more, rely on a legal exception, or take a while, and the client shows each outcome plainly instead of hiding it behind a vague status.

When a request needs you (a confirmation email, a portal step, an identity check), it’s marked as needing your action, with what to do next.
