How billing works
Billing is deliberately boring: monthly renewal, portal-based cancellation, and terms that match the Billing Terms and Refund Policy. Already have an account? Manage your plan from the billing page.
Payments
Processed securely by Stripe. Privca never sees or stores your full card details.
Renewal
Paid plans renew monthly; checkout shows the price and renewal terms before you pay.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your billing portal. Paid access runs to the end of the current period.
Family seats
Family covers 3 people; add more for $5/month each. Every member’s request history stays private.
Request limits
Free includes 15 opt-outs a month; paid plans unlock full supported coverage.
Refunds
The first paid subscription charge has a 14-day (336-hour) guarantee for its remaining refundable balance when no qualifying request or follow-up was transmitted after payment. Email support@privca.com to claim it. A qualifying refund ends paid access and cancels future renewals. Other billing and legal remedies remain separately reviewable.
Registration is free. Before any paid upgrade, checkout shows Privca’s public business identity, recurring price and cancellation terms. The 14-day initial-purchase guarantee covers the verified remaining balance only when its terms are met; a qualifying refund automatically ends paid access and cancels future renewals. Refund Policy
