About Privca
Building privacy operations for everyday consumers.
Privca is an authorized privacy platform for managing personal data requests, built so that acting on privacy rights is organized, documented, and reviewable, instead of scattered across dozens of emails and forms no one can keep track of.
Why Privca exists
Personal information spreads through companies, data brokers, people-search sites, and marketing systems faster than any person can chase it with one-off emails and forms. Privacy laws increasingly give consumers real request rights, but exercising them across dozens of targets is repetitive, inconsistent, and hard to verify.
Privca exists to close that gap: one place where a person authorizes the work once, chooses the companies and brokers they want addressed, and gets structured requests, tracked responses, and documented request history in return.
How Privca operates
Practical by default
Privca is not trying to make privacy work more complicated or more dramatic. The goal is a clean process that respects users and receiving organizations alike: readiness checks before submission, requests that are easy for a privacy team to review, and honest status language when something needs user action or fails.
Where a route is unsupported or ambiguous, the platform holds the request rather than sending something weak.
Record-led by design
The service is shaped around verified account readiness, signed authorization, target requirements, and documented request records. Every meaningful step (preparation, submission, target reply, follow-up, completion) is designed to leave a reviewable trail.
That record is what separates managed privacy operations from fire-and-forget email: users can see what was attempted, what came back, and what happens next.
Data minimization and the trust boundary
A privacy company should not become a new exposure risk. Privca collects the details a request path actually needs, keeps high-risk identifiers out of ordinary automated flows, limits internal access by role, and treats request information as limited-purpose data.
The Trust area documents this in depth: security controls, data handling, evidence boundaries, and the readiness frameworks the platform is built against.
Current availability
Privca is live. Coverage, delivery infrastructure, and operational controls continue to expand to the standard this work requires, and the platform arms real-world capabilities deliberately, not by default.
Meaningful updates (availability milestones, coverage expansions, and policy changes that affect users) will be announced here and on the company LinkedIn, not padded into a changelog to look busy. Privca is not hiring publicly yet; when roles open they will be announced the same way, and unsolicited applications cannot be reviewed until then. Partnership questions can go through the Contact page.
